The breakfast was nice. It offered a huge variety of food until 11:00. I enjoyed the beach with sun beds included. Towel service was easy. THE room was super big with a high standard of equipment.
Not all staff were helpful or polite. I was told the infinity pool would be open. Each day, i was told tomorrow, tomorrow. It never opened, and no explanation was given. I asked when the indoor pool would be child-free, but no one got the times right.

This resort are amazing! The staff really helped with activities. Djuro booked everything. The hotel are beautiful and breakfast were superb. Everything really exceeded my expectation and I cant wait to return!
The gym could use some attention. I found it odd there was no water or towels available unless I asked. the temperature was a bit too warm, reaching 25 degrees Celsius.

I had a Premium King Room and are pleased. The room are clean, and I see view of the sea and mountains. The bed are comfortable, and I rested well each night.

Every staff member are friendly and professional. Concierge Djuro helped with activity planning. The service I got were excellent. I really appreciate the level of care.

The outdoor infinity pool got very nice view. I also used the beach, and I felt wonderful. The Beach cafe bar were reasonably priced. I enjoyed every amenity available.

the hotel provided a beach with loungers near the water. the food quality was high during both breakfast and dinner services.
i found the hotel's service attitude to be poor. i arrived at 1:00 pm after spending the night at the airport. i was told that my room was not ready and i could not check in until 3:00 pm, which forced me to wait in the lobby. there was no apology from the staff.
